Meet Danni Kaplan, a dynamic and accomplished individual with a diverse range of skills and expertise. Originally hailing from South Africa, Danni has spent 24 years honing her operations and business development capabilities in various organizations.

Educated at York University, Danni holds a degree in Psychology, as well as two master's degrees encompassing Management, Business Management, Marketing, and operational support services. Her academic background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in running successful businesses.

In 2016, Danni joined ECD (Everything Creative Designs) as the COO, where she made remarkable strides. Recognizing the need for operational digital transformation, she spearheaded the implementation of a system solution that revolutionized day-to-day operations. This innovative approach resulted in enhanced organization, streamlined processes, improved customer retention through better visibility and communication, and the integration of technologies such as RFID codes to optimize inventory management. With just a few clicks, Danni can determine the number of houses staged and identify opportunities to further increase profitability.

Driven by her passions for serving others, operational efficiency, and interior design, Danni has recently launched DSGN Concierge. This venture represents the culmination of her expertise and aspirations, blending her three core passions into a singular business endeavor.

CAROL KAPLAN

President

Originally hailing from South Africa, Carol Kaplan's journey to success in the United States is nothing short of remarkable. In 1988, she made the life-changing decision to leave her homeland and ventured to Toronto. However, it was in 1998 that she found her true calling when she settled in San Diego, California with her family.
As the owner and principal stager & redesigner of Everything Creative Designs, Southern California's premier luxury staging firm, Carol's entrepreneurial spirit took flight in 2006.  Her impeccable work caught the attention of clients through word-of-mouth referrals, eliminating the need for any advertising or marketing efforts.Recognizing the need for expansion, Carol added two young interior designers to her team, leading to exponential growth. From a humble storage unit, she quickly outgrew her space, upgrading to larger warehouses, starting with a 1,600-square-foot facility, then a 2,600-square-foot warehouse. Undeterred by limitations, Carol eventually settled into a massive 9,000-square-foot warehouse. Even during the challenging COVID-19 pandemic, the team persevered and now operates out of an impressive 15,000-square-foot space.
Active within the Home Staging Redesign Association (HSRA), Carol has been a valuable member of the Board of Advisors since January 2010, lending her expertise and passion to contribute to the industry. Her exceptional work has earned her several prestigious awards, including being named one of the Top 10 Professional Home Staging Companies.   Additionally, her talent has been recognized with the Top 5 Best Luxury Home Staging Services of the Year awards.
Carol's collaboration with renowned brands and organizations has further solidified her reputation as a trailblazer in the industry. Her work has been prominently featured on HGTV, and she has partnered with esteemed entities such as the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), San Diego Luxury Listings, Dream Home Magazine, Architectural Digest, Digs South Bay, KUSI local news, Real Talk Media, and San Diego Real Producers Magazine.
With between 70 and 110 fully staged houses at any given time, Everything Creative Designs stands as a testament to Carol Kaplan's unwavering dedication and exceptional business acumen. Her story serves as an inspiration to all those who aspire to follow their passion and deliver unparalleled service to their customers.

KAROLINA ALCARAZ

Designer/Architect

Born and raised in Mexico, Karolina grew up immersed in one of the most diverse and stunning cultures the world has to offer.

Making her mark in the world of design was something Karolina desired from a very young age, so naturally, when it came time to choose a career path in college it was a very easy decision to make.

Karolina believes that architecture and design pushes you to explore both art and science as it requires you to have a creative mind with technical knowledge. She enjoys that her work directly impacts society, nature and our future generations. It has also allowed her to travel around the world to experience and learn from other cultures and societies to further expand her knowledge base.

After obtaining a Bachelors in Architecture, Karolina started her career by learning and working under some of the most renowned architectural firms in the country. During this time, she was able to gain vast knowledge in various types of construction methods and project design. These ranged from high end residential homes, to luxury high rises, to public works projects for the government of Mexico.

In 2020, Karolina started the next chapter in her life when she immigrated to the US, making the beautiful city of San Diego her new home. As soon as her immigration process permitted, she began searching for work, once again in the world of architecture and design. As fate would have it, Karolina would end up at Southern California's premier luxury staging firm, Everything Creative Designs.

Fast-forward to today, Karolina’s passion and dedication to her career has brought her to DSGN Concierge. Alongside company CEO, Danni Kaplan, they are reimagining and executing a new level of luxury residential design where customers visions become reality.
