Initial Consultation: 01

Schedule a meeting with the client, whether in person or virtually, to understand their lifestyle preferences, needs, and desired outcomes.

Engage in casual conversation to establish a connection and gather information about how they envision living in the space.

We tailor the services offered to each client's specific needs and preferences.

At this phase, we are investigating each other to make sure we are a good fit for us both.

02 Property Walkthrough:

We can either accompany our clients to the property, or we can arrive at the property and bring them on virtually, to assess each room and identify their specific requirements.

We take note of details like workout equipment, furniture, amenities, and any modifications needed to align with the client's vision.

Client Selection and Scope of Work: 03

We go back to our offices and begin scoping out the project from start to finish.

Present a formalized quote that includes the discussed design elements, project management services, home management services and scheduling details.

Upon client approval, finalize the agreed-upon services and create a detailed scope of work (SOW).


Based on the SOW, recommend additional services or modifications needed to achieve the desired outcome.

04 Design Phase:

Based on the client's preferences, we develop a comprehensive design plan that includes hours required for design work.

We utilize time-tracking tools to accurately log and monitor design hours spent.

We then present a detailed quote that separates the design fees from the furniture and other budgeted items to complete the clients vision.

05 Preparing for Occupancy:

Depending on the project timeline, we coordinate additional services such as home maintenance, painting coordination, and handyman services.

We will source and introduce vendors to our clients for various needs unrelated to our service and support.

Collaborate with contractors if remodeling or renovation is part of the project.

Provide access to local resources, such as being on the ADT call list for first responder access or offering alternative shipping locations for package holding.
